Change professionals are recognizing the need to build change enabling cultures within organizations. It is apparent that there is something missing in the typical change toolbox that builds these skills for professionals to guide and facilitate organizational culture growth.
Recognizing the constant battle to carve out time in busy schedules for learning, the idea was born to develop and deliver a qualification made up of 4 component 1 day certificate courses. Giving individuals the opportunity to build additional recognized skills into their change delivery portfolio for each certificate course and overall the Certified Change Enabler (CCE)
To achieve the Certified Change Enabler (CCE) qualification, you are required to complete each of the four component certificate courses. These courses will run in a mix of virtual and in person delivery modes throughout the year. It Is recommended that you complete these in the order shown (left to right) we also recognize that circumstances may require them to be taken out of order.
When all four certificates are obtained, you will be invited to deliver a presentation to achieve the Certified Change Enabler (CCE) qualification. This presentation will demonstrate the application of the component parts to a change event of your own or a simulated situation can be provided as an alternative.
The qualification is valid for 3 years after which time a renewal process must be completed, demonstrating continued application and supportive learning events. All renewal information will be shared at the time of accreditation.
