We offer a facilitated learning experience throughout all our courses. We want you to learn in the best way possible and that means we mix it up with activities, videos, discussions and more opportunities to give you the best opportunity to learn with us.

Our qualifications are internationally recognized and Capillary Learning is ISO17024 compliant giving us qualification, certification and credential awarding authority. Our courses are also recognized for professional development time by a number of other bodies such as the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), Project Management Institute (PMI) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Absolutely. Capillary Learning is a qualified educational provider (QEP) with the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and our Certified Change Agent (CCA) and Certified Facilitator in Organizational Design (CFOD) provide the full 21 hours of education needed to apply. Our Certified Change Leader (CCL) provides 14 hours of accredited time.

All our facilitators have decades of experience in professional change delivery and engagement. They also complete a facilitator course to be able to deliver the courses and they are required to keep up to date with content and an annual reflection of their delivery. We also rely on our facilitators to provide feedback and offer even better ways to deliver our courses.

We offer both virtual and in person courses. Our scrum course is always delivered virtually and as well as virtual offerings for the other qualification courses, we offer physical delivery regularly in Toronto with occasional delivery in other Canadian cities and at least one in person delivery in the UK each year.
