Rich Batchelor will be delivering this course. He has many years experience in designing and delivering Lego Serious Play interactions and an extensive background in successful change delivery. He has brought these together to create the Certified Lego Serious Play Change Facilitator program.

Why become a Certified Lego Serious Play Change Facilitator?

Lego® Serious Play® is a world recognized hands on technique for facilitating the exploration of challenges, using unique approaches with inclusive groups as they tackle the ups and downs of personal and professional development opportunities.

 

This workshop will focus on building your skills as a Lego® Serious Play® (LSP1.0) facilitator.and its application to change events.

 

You will be introduced to the benefits of the LSP approach and learn the three core elements of LSP: challenge, build and share for individual facilitation. Attendees will learn key requirements of facilitating an LSP workshops in person and virtually. A discussion around the use of physical and virtual delivery space will be included and key language,  vocabulary and presentation styles for interactive facilitation of sessions. Practical application of the learning in group facilitation, as well as design of a workshop to practice facilitating an activity individually and with others.

 

Certification will be awarded to attendees who complete the workshop content and successfully deliver a designed short, facilitated workshop focused on a change event at its conclusion.

 

Throughout the course, examples of applications, additional benefits and techniques will be discussed and engaged conversations to explore opportunities within your own practice.

 

All attendees will go away with their workbook, providing an application guide for undertaking LSP themselves with their own notes. An exploration and starter kit will be provided to all attendees to take away as used throughout the workshop.
