“Why are they struggling with this change?”
The Change Scorecard Practitioner Workshop equips organizational leaders and development
professionals with a practical way to answer this question.
Changes often create loss or uncertainty. When that happens, brains shift from thinking mode to
threat mode, which directly affects judgment, collaboration, information sharing, and
performance. The Change Scorecard mitigates this risk by revealing how a change is impacting
people, not just what it delivers. The change conversations that follow enable more informed
decisions, smoother implementation, reduced resistance, and sustained performance throughout
transition, while maintaining psychological safety and accountability.
Participants leave with a valuable tool they can apply immediately with individuals, teams, and
organizations. The result is stronger execution, increased individual and organizational change
capacity, and a culture of change readiness, because when people can think clearly and feel safe, change moves faster, costs less, and sticks.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Understand how the brain responds to certain changes, why, and what to do about it
- Identify the difference between tactical change and transitioning
- Identify tangible and intangible losses and gains that influence perceived impact,
readiness and adoption - Work with the Change Scorecard© to assess change readiness, risk, and impact
- Use these insights to design more effective change initiatives
Participants leave with:
- A practical tool they can use immediately
- Ability to identify hidden risks to performance, engagement, and execution
- Improved ability to sustain performance through change
- Stronger change conversations that reduce resistance and increase engagement
