Being a Leader of Change is not an easy task. The workshop will blend group and individual work, video analysis, Lego Serious Play and visual capture to facilitate the learning. You will be guided to develop leading edge change strategy including defining their and others roles within the organization. It will also be addressing the needs of those looking to understand the challenges of mergers & acquisitions and how to plan and prepare organizations fully.

Learn how to best consider the role of culture in organizations, with tools and techniques for making organizational culture assessments and defining action plans for developing and growing cultures to align with organizational values, purpose and strategy including understanding the power of change agent networks to move the needle and support change throughout the organization.
Gain tools to explore the impact of Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) changes and the role of Agile Change to help prepare, plan and navigate all changes successfully.

This CCL recognizes those leaders of change who can take a strategic, more wide-ranging view, while keeping a focus on the core delivery requirements to support organizations in adopting complex and dynamic change initiatives.
