This will focus on the Capillary Culture Shape Mapping tool that enables you to explore the key drivers of culture and how to provide a data driven mapping for organizations. This will include methods of gathering insights, exploring good fit questions and techniques for capturing the results, insights on how to plot and prepare the results with greater clarity, including statistical confidence levels and more insight on each of 8 drivers and their relationship to each other and the overall organizational insight. This course will include individual and group activities.
