Certified Change Leader: 1-2 November
This is a globally recognized credential is is designed for the experienced change professional to take a deeper dive and broaden their learning toolbox. Explore Culture, Strategy, Agile, Disruption, VUCA and leadership alignment as part of the highly interactive learning experience. Certified Lego Serious Play Change Facilitator: 4-5 November
This certification combines Lego Serious Play (LSP) techniques and change facilitation. You will find multiple ways to build in the use of LSP for more successful change initiatives and bring gamification to the change agent experience. The course provides opportunity to learn more engaging facilitation techniques and skills to deliver both virtually and online with or without LSP. Managing & Leading Change: 4 October
This one day workshop introduces you to the world of change. It is designed to support and educate individuals with new responsibilities for change within their organization or in support of others experiencing change. It includes an exploration of change approaches, reactions, navigation methods and the role of the change agent and leader as attendees build their own Canvas for Change. Effective change projects demand heightened leadership and change management expertise to motivate and unite people behind the project vision. This workshop addresses those needs for the Project Manager to understand the touch points, opportunities and challenge points where change and project management meet, together with the skills to recognize the best of both approaches to successfully deliver. Developing Coaching Skills for Change: 3 November
The role of Change Agent, Change Manager, Change Enabler and Change Facilitator is becoming more and more dependent upon the ability to take a coaching approach with staff, stakeholders and others as they are guided through change initiatives.
