Certifed Facilitator in Organizational Design (CFOD)

Created in 2021 the Certified Facilitator in Organizational Design is the culmination of several years of workshops and courses focused on developing education in organizational design and its link to the organizational change space.

 

The qualification process explores the need to gain knowledge and demonstrate its application to real world change situations. This course will help develop a robust toolbox in organizational design methods and approaches as well as fun facilitated hands-on activities to work through some real examples.

Scrum Master Certified (SMC)

Capillary is pleased to offer a Scrum Master course, in partnership with Scrum Study, the leading global training provider for scrum and agile education.

 

This course uniquely delivers the learning of scrum, using scrum. You experience scrum development, agile project management approaches through 2 days of practical learning. Virtual and in person events mirror the same approach to develop your skills with a blend of information sharing, facilitated learning and hands on practical activity. Participants are invited to sit the online Scrum Master Exam following the workshop at their own convenience.

Certified LSP Change Facilitator (CLSPCF)

Capillary is pleased to offer a first level qualification in Lego Serious Play with its usual twist of change magic added into the learning experience.

 

Rich Batchelor will be delivering this course. He has many years experience in designing and delivering Lego Serious Play interactions and an extensive background in successful change delivery. He has brought these together to create the Certified Lego Serious Play Change Facilitator program.

 

If you are a facilitator, trainer, consultant, business partner, manager or leader seeking new and different approaches to engage people then this is for you.

Change professionals will gain the skills to develop alternative approaches to stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, strategy and delivery of successful change.

Certified Change Leader (CCL)

Capillary created the Certified Change Leader (CCL) program to meet the desire for a deeper dive change program providing a more robust learning opportunity, focusing on strategic, culture, agile and networked change delivery and leadership.

 

The 2-day workshop finishes with an assessed presentation, followed by a written assignment, evidencing the application of the workshop learning. On successfully passing the written assignment the CCL qualificaltion is awarded. It is expected that attendees will have undertaken the Certified Change Agent (CCA) and/or have 8+ years experience in change delivery.
